This very attractive traditional stone-built cottage has recently been extensively renovated to a detailed and thoroughly thought out high specification. The standard now represents very comfortable and luxuriously sleek boutique style accommodation.
The accommodation compromises a well-appointed, fitted kitchen with built-in fridge freezer, dish washer, washing machine, microwave and ceramic hob and oven. There is also a breakfast area, which seats four.
The dining room, which faces south, has generous seating for four and overlooks a well-maintained landscaped garden.
The lounge area, a light and airy space, provides a warm and intimate atmosphere thanks to the wood-burning stove and the comfortable, inviting sofas.
Upstairs, the accommodation compromises two large double bedrooms and a spacious bathroom. The bedrooms, which both enjoy south views over the expansive farming landscape of Moray towards the imposing bulk of Ben Rhinnes.
The master bedroom boasts a lovely contempary style King Size bed in light wood with matching side cabinets and accessories
The second bedroom has a flexible space which can be arranged to suit your needs: one super king size bed or two single beds

The luxurious bathroom, finished throughout in porcelain tiling, benefits from under floor heating. A large, open, walk-in shower provides the perfect antidote to an exhausting holiday schedule.
Outside there are fully landscaped gardens to the front and rear of the cottage, a log shed and two seating areas with good ‘all round the day’ sunny spots.
Area – Aultmore, a small hamlet established around the Aultmore Distillery, is approximately 2 miles from Keith and is an ideal spot from which to explore the Moray countryside, visit the many distilleries or go shopping.
Go ‘watching’ the famous Moray Firth Dolphins or head inland to the heart of Whisky Country taking in Keith, Dufftown and the many Speyside stills. In addition to the Whisky trail, a trip round the Castle Heritage trail will provide you with a fascinating insight into Scotland’s romantic and turbulent history.
